Original files stay locked until a reviewer approves the version.
Burns the viewer’s email and the time into playback.
Anyone with the link can leave timecoded comments.
Clients can compare v1 to the latest version side by side.
Existing links keep their current expiry.
Notifications
Sent to maya@northlight.film. Each teammate can change their own.
Bundle comments and approvals into one email.
Includes replies to your comments.
When a reviewer approves or asks for changes.
When proxies are ready to review.
Storage
Studio plan, 3 TB. Archived projects do not count toward storage.
9 approved projects can move to cold storage. They stay searchable.
Danger zone
These actions affect everyone in Northlight Films.
Hand billing and admin rights to another workspace admin.
Removes 6 projects, 255 assets and every share link. This cannot be undone.
